OnePlus is expected to launch its next flagship model, the OnePlus 12, early next year. New leaks from Twitter have revealed that the device will offer a “premium” feel. Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, it is expected to have a much better triple camera setup.
OnePlus 12 will launch in 2024
According to new information, the OnePlus 12 will have a much more premium structure. This means it will feature an aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass protection on the front and back. It will also feature dust and water resistance, which the OnePlus 11 lacks.
The smartphone will allegedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It will be powered by a 5400 mAh battery that supports wired 100W and wireless 50W fast charging. OnePlus 11 has 80W wired charging support and does not offer wireless charging.
A number of improvements are also expected on the camera side. Accordingly, the device will feature two 50 Megapixel sensors and a 64 Megapixel periscope telephoto sensor with physical zoom. This is a major upgrade over the OnePlus 11’s dual camera system. Information about the front camera is still unclear.
The OnePlus 12 is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2024. It will probably hit the shelves first in China and a few months later in other markets.
